Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. |

| Right of Cancellation/Amendment | The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter. |
| Miscellaneous | Prize collection must be in person from U1/10 Kitawah Street, Lonsdale SA 5160, at a mutually agreed time. This collection time will not be published, only the winner will be notified of the prize collection time. Winner must provide proof of ID, and sign-in to their Facebook page in the presence of staff of the Promoter. Winner will be drawn with the use of a Random Number Generator – each number designating a spreadsheet row maintained by the Promoter, being the lists of names of Entrants as they are entered on that spreadsheet. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. It is the winner’s discretion to select one of the five Hedge edging products upon calming their prize. Upon selection, the winner will receive five lengths of this selection. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and draw a replacement winner. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. |
